Caretify Health Services’ strive to provide personalised services which include:

supporting participants to learn and develop daily living and life skills to allow them to be independent and reach their potential such as the provision of enjoyable physical wellbeing activities, meal preparation of nutritious diets; health and personal hygiene.

community participation activities and events that focus on building the participants confidence and develop their skills to be more independent, including sport, fitness and recreational events, arts and crafts, medical appointments, , social activities and skills, visiting or making new friends, independent travel and domestic skills.

provision of transport services for participants who are unable to use public or other private transport, from their home to their daytime activities, place of study or workplace.
